Vacuum all carpets and / or rugs, Appropriately treat all bare floors, Clean mirrors, glass, and TV screens, Spot clean doors, door frames and light switches, Dust and polish wooden furniture, Dust picture frames, baseboards, window ledges, and ceiling fans, Empty and remove all trash,Dust mini or Venetian blinds, Clean sliding glass doors, Make beds, change linens.

Clean and disinfect counters tops, Clean and polish cabinet surfaces

​​CARPET CLEANING​  

We know that carpet is a reflection of your business  Our carpet maintenance programs remove spots and spill, keep soil from accumulating and lift carpet fiber for a plush clean apparience, extending the life of your carpet investment. But keeping a healthy work place is just as vital, if not more important than extending the life and look of your carpet. removing dirt and odor with green chemicals- It's good for your health and work environment.

TRAFFIC AREA ​CLEAN: the most popular type of carpet clean. It is a detailed cleaning of the visible carpet. We will move only the small items such as: dining room chairs, floor lamps, and coffee table. Large pieces of furniture will not be moved. The carpet will be measured wall to wall, and the price per square foot reflects a discounted rate due to the other furniture in the room.

FULL CLEAN: We will move furnitures and clean underneath as much as possible. Sofas, armchairs, loveseats etc. will all be moved. In some cases we will not move: king & bunk beds, large entertainment centers, china hutches, and oversized armoires. The carpet will also be measured wall to wall with the cost of the labor to move furniture factored into the square foot price.

EMPTY CLEAN: this clean refers to a property that is unfurnished. This is a wall to wall cleaning of all the carpet in the property. No furniture should be present or the price will fluctuate.

STAIRS: All residential stairs are charge separate, and not included in any square foot measurement. Stairs are billed a flat rate per stair

HARD SURFACE: Tile & grout Price per Square foot.
